A humankind uses already the different types of sound therapy, such as chanting, listening to classical, harmonics and sacred music, music for meditation, didgeridoo, and others.
So we offer you to experience it…

HOW THE PRACTICE GOES:

Besides the fact that we hear with our ears, our body listens to the world with all cells.
We will listen to our own sound, the “song“ of bowls, and will resonate with them by dissolving with the sound.
Letting go our minds, we will dive into with a whole body into the bowls’ vibration. We will let them to relax us and tune our bodies as musical instruments.

HOW IT WORKS:

Every cell in our body is a resonator and responds to external vibrations and sounds through resonance with external waves.

This explains the effectiveness of vibration and harmonizing effects by singing bowls.
