Anastasiia is a certified Fitness and Pilates trainer, and a certified instructor in Prenatal and Postnatal fitness&Pilates.
Education
She graduated from the Lviv State University of Physical Education with honors, and also received a master’s degree in the National University of Physical Education and Sports of Ukraine specializing in fitness and recreation.
Took part in numerous fitness conventions and workshops.
At the moment, she is studying at the Lolita`s Legacy Pilates Teacher Training Program. Work experience as a fitness trainer – 6 years.
